We strongly advise all customers to check items thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached labels and before disposing off any original packaging. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. For any exchanges or refunds, please make sure you meet the following conditions:
- You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 10 days from the purchase date.
- Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them, and in the original box and/or packaging.
- We will not be able to exchange or refund damaged, altered, worn, or washed products.
Important:
- Upon receipt of returned goods, Canschel reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements.
- Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are at your expense unless we have made a shipping error.
- Exchanges and refunds are not applicable on free-giveaways, or items sold on discount or as a part of special offers, unless stated otherwise.
- If the price of the goods you purchased is subsequently reduced and you present the goods in its original condition with the sales receipt within 7 days of the date of your purchase, we will refund the difference between the price you paid and the reduced price. Only one price adjustment per item of goods purchased is permitted.
